ok. ive tried everything i know of, and i cant figure this out.

my friend works at a company that charges people to manage thier modeling portfolios. everytime a model wants to change the pics in thier portfolio, the webmaster needs to change the pictures himself.

what they want to do is have each model manage thier own online portfolio, and pay a one time access fee for a login so they can get to thier stuff and change is as they want.

i cant figure out how to make that work though. ive tried everything, and i cant figure it out.

how would i go about making a seperate 'account' for each model and have that 'account' linked to thier stuff and noone elses???

any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

thanks all of you in advance.

It sounds like you need to look into some server side language such as PHP or ASP. I personally would recommend PHP, but that is just me...

Hi,

I'm not sure I understand your question fully. PHP is great, I'm not good at it. But it sounds you can do that with SSI which I find pretty easy to do.

How would you manage everything that he needs to do with SSI?

just as long as u don't do what i do.
which is use like three or 4 different ones and then add a bit of wrong code here and then a bit of wrong code there u'll be fine.
