Need design advice

I need opinions about this design, it will be done exactly as it looks like but in html, this flash one is only to see how it looks like.

That can easily be converted to css and html, so im glad to know your changing it :) It looks a little dull, needs more jazz to it, and maybe center it? find something to make it look a little more "poofy"..lol, maybe some cooler borders or something. not to sure what else to say, except that you need content:p
