question problem

I have a question I need to answer for my course and I am getting stuck on the question. It all about floppy disks and drives. I'v got to explain all about FDC (floppy drive controller with regard to control signals and data formats. Now i get all about the FDC and what it does but i get stuck on 'Control Signals', 'data formats' and putting together in the question reagards to? that is probally because I am dislexic but hey.
