dreamweaver - theHead.innerHTML has no properties

hi! I'm tryin to build up a web site with dreamweaver. I'm adding an appering menu. I select the text, chose the behaviuor and then an error message says that in the line 247 (of the file I enclose here) "theHead.innerHTML has no properties"...what dpoes it mean? am I mising some steps or just something wrong with the installation of the software?
