printer software

Hi
I have a HP LaserJet 3150 printer, which comes with JetSuite Pro software. I have the original CD of the software, but it is only for Windows XP.
Can any one tell me where I can find the JetSuite Pro software for Windows 2000 and Windows Server 2003 ?

I think it should work in Windows 2k and 2k3
