Free Domain name with DNS settings

I'm looking for a domain name for my homepage. My requirements is:

1. It must be free
2. It must start with www.
3. It have dns settings

Does such service even exist?

I need this because I have a free web host ( www.freeprohost.com ), and to be able to use formmail script on my site, I need to register a domain and change the dns settings so it can be used by the web host.

( Alternate: if someone knows a free web host that supports cgi, ssi and with no ads :P )

Yeah, it looks really good... but unfortunately they only hosts english webpages :/

But I found out that www.freeprohost.com doesn't support form mail anymore, so I don't need a free domain anymore. I have to look for another free host that supports cgi and ssi (without ads).

hi i tried free domain registration in many sites but i cant get exact thing
