Need Help making Gif smaller

Hey guys,
I got this gif off the web at some site that has tons of
x-mas gifs,
Any way i want to put this on my intranet but its hieght is
to big.

I was wondering if anyone would be interested in making this
smaller for me, i do not know how.

Thanks. oh and if you do this i need it's height to be 32px
