I would like to get everyones opinion on these 2 sites I have built. I just started doing webdesign about a month ago so I value you opinions.

nice color scheme, seems to fit the site.

main menu rollovers are nice but would be better done using css rather than javascript. the organisation of the buttons doesnt seem to make sense. they should either all be in one line or should have the five clothes buttons on one line and the five other buttons on the other line. why is the home page button different to the others? if it changed color to tell the visitor what page they are on it might make more sense.

when on the home page the home page link should be disabled to prevent visitors accidentally clicking on it and wasting their time reloading the page and annoying them. same with all the other pages.

the link to view shopping bag is separate from the other links and it isnt clear that it is a link, and when you click on it it brings up a page that has a button to continue shopping, but when you click on it you dont continue shopping, you are sent to a different site that isnt active and so get an error message.

the images have borders which dont fit the images and so look messy. either get rid of the borders completely (like on the subpages) or make sure the images fit the borders. it isnt clear that the images are links so it might be a good idea to tell the visitors rather than let them discover by accident, same with the text below the the images, which are only revealed when rolledover.

should use the Alt tags with your images rather than having them blank. same with the links.

on the leather page the drop down options are still active even though black is the only option. this kind of thing annoys visitors unnecessarily.

other than thise usuablity issues, and the fact its laidout with tables, the actually site looks good, not too over the top trying to be 'seductive' with its color scheme.
