Web Editor?

I took two classes of html many years ago, and have not had a web page for two years.. I now want to start a web page with audio, ebooks and live radio.
What do you recomend for a web publishing program? I have an old version of frontpage 98, but my husband did not keep the cd key code on the package and I can't load it on my computer.

Alexis if you want to use a WYSIWYG Editor, I would recommend Dreamweaver MX. If you want to do hand coding as I do, I would recommend HTML Kit.
