The logo looks incredibly compressed, looks very grainy.
The top navigational images are too plain, use a font that matches the side-menu links (some sort of sans-serif font, also make it smaller - in between the size now and the size on the links on the left menu).
The xmas gift logo looks like something made in ms word, looks kind of cheesy.
I'd also add a little more padding between the center section and the left-menu, but that's just me :)

It took too much to load, but once I saw those ladies it was all worth it!
I'm not sure about themenu. It's all so crowded; perhaps a hover color change might help.

get a doctype (http://www.w3.org/QA/2002/04/valid-dtd-list.html).
get rid of the table layout (http://www.hotdesign.com/seybold/) and do it all cascading style sheets (http://www.glish.com/css/).
that would help with some of the 65 validation errors.
if/when you do redesign dont forget to use ALT tags with your images.
your top menu would be better as css buttons rather than a mapped jpg.
as would your side menu titles, which look really messy. they should be consistant too. 'shop by brand' is a link but the other two arent. the text size is a bit on the small side but enlarges well so its not much of a problem with so many links, but the rollover could do with a color change in addition to underlining.
the Conveyor belt slideshow works well for a fashion site but id think about getting more images and explaining to visitors that if they put the mouse over an image it will stop and that they link to another page. atm it looks like its just there to look pretty. if you could get more images id have the slideshow covering the entire width of the page to show off the clothes better.
in the subpages your menu text changes color. its better to be consistant so as not to confuse visitors and leave them asking 'why..?'
the 'house of style' logo links to the home page, which is good, but you should disable this link on the home page the prevent visitors accidentally clicking on it and reloading the page, wasting time and annoying them. same with text link in the menu in top right corner.
a few Random Capital Letters in the home page content, which would look better justified rather than centered and with some line spacing.
the breadcrumbs are good. but the pages that link from the top menu 'womens mens shoes etc' dont have any. be consistent.
the menu on the 'womens pants' page seems to have lost its styling.
the site map has a few links of the same title which is confusing. it is 18 pages long and can only be navigated sequentially, it needs aplhabetically indexing at the top of each page, and even more importantly, it needs a link back to the rest of the site. once on the site map section there is no way out. any visitor that gets caught in there is going to be clicking that little x in the top corner very quickly.
'help' is contact and sales info, not really help at all, and about us links to the same page. having different links titles to the same page is confusing, perhaps a retitle of the links and some 'return to top' links down the page as it is a bit long.
the 'email us' is a mailto: link when really it should be a page link to be consistent with the other links in that menu. also its not a good idea to use mailto: links directly as many people use web-based mail and wont like you opening the default email editor on their computer when all they wanted as your email address. its much better to have a 'contact us' page with your email address displayed for copy and paste into wbm and a mailto: link for those that do use msoutlook.
really nice images on the 'our stores' page. all your images should be of that quality, but only if they are images. use imgaes as images and text as text, dont confuse the two.
take a look at your competetors websites and then do better, i know its lots of work but its worth it in the long run.
hope this helps.
Eh? I kinda like it! What I don't like though is the text stuff on the bottom of the page. Imagine you had been out on the eh? razz (booze) would yu read the stuff? eh nope.
Love the site but get drunk and get rid of complexity. Job done!

You need a new logo. Even if the one you have now wasn't so faded it's still not good. House of style? Where's the style in that logo? It looks like it would be good for a board game, really.
Go to the mall and look at all of the signs (logos) of the stores, you'll notice they follow a theme: easy to remember, clean and yes, stylish. Not too many people realize how important a logos is. It's your first impression, it's YOU! You do have the right idea, it should be a word (store name) with whatever fancy font chosen.
Example: Bata (http://www.bata.ca)
Enough about that, sorry, I get carried away.
Yes, your links need a roll over effect and both navs should be the same font (streamline). The blue page titles aren't good, they should be bigger than the nav (you did that) but again not faded. Are they shrunken images? Eww. As the other suggested too, work on spacing your elements.
When I hit 'Women' there should be content not another nav list of brand names. Put those names on each page and don't make me link to a page with only ONE shirt or dress. Makes for too much clicking. Whenever we shop, we see a lot to choose from not one. I think an online clothing store should be easy to use so people stay and buy.
Don't mean too be mean, just helpful. All in all it's a cool site....er, ok the chicks are hot.
