need help finding a saleboard feature for our web site

i want to add a sale board that works like this one to our web site.http://www.lilbeginnings.com/saleboard/ (http://)i don't know how to code. i have searched all over the internet at premade scripts and systems and i can't find anything can anyone help and point me in the right direction

well whgat exactly is a 'sale board'? I think that might be part of the problem. I do not even have an idea what a sale board is.

http://www.lilbeginnings.com/saleboard/ This link takes you to the saleboard.it starts out as a link on the main page which takes the user to the saleboard/addboard {i don't know what you would call it} there they can view adds. there is a link there that users can use that takes them to a page where they can submit their pictures and info.then they hit the submit button to preview the add. and finally they click a post add button and it is uploaded to the add page.I don't know what you call it some people call it a classified board. Thanks for your time
