Silly question...?

I have a silly question for anyone who can answer it. I have never run up against this before. I am just starting a page for a client. When I go to http://preciousflock.com, my movie runs. When I go to http://www.preciousflock.com, it doesn't. Any ideas why or how to fix it?

I checked both and didn't have a problem with the movie (IE6 and Mozilla).
