But still struggling to find out the TEMPLATE making TECHNIQUES !!??

Just wanted to find out wat specific software combinations to use to make a TEMPLATE !?

with php, you can use .tpl files. You could also use server-side includes. I prefer ASP.NET user controls.

If you build a site with Dreamweaver you can save a page as a template, then make every new page based on that template.
