Please help or direct me to correct person(s) that can answer this.
I cannot click on any links within my emails directly. They do not take me to a new window. The window attempts to open, the navigation bar remains blank with no address in it. We have to copy link and manually type it into navigation bar to go to a website. Recent discussions with support was fruitless. We downloaded a new Internet Explorer browser. Downloaded again, sbc dsl yahoo disk. Still nothing works. The bigger problem is for my website, I am trying to complete the last step for a shopping cart with secured certificate. They provide a link to download the certificate. But because its a javascript and secure, I can't copy it like I did the other links. The navigation bar says Javascript void (0). What does this mean? Is there a problem with Javascript and how to fix?

Sounds like it could be a problem with your email program, if you have reinstalled IE. Which email package do you use?

It's unlikely to be a JavaScript problem - your inability to download the certificate is poor design on the part of the people who created that system. You could forward the message to a web-based email package as a temporary workaround.
