validation problems

this site (http://www.shelectrics.com/meba/index.html) uses strict html.

but the code wont validate (http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.shelectrics.com%2Fmeba%2Findex.html) because of some of the links.

is there any way around this or shall i just not worry about it?

Since & is a special character, you need to use & instead.
