Free Servers

[Dropscience]

Is there a better no-cost server than geocities??? I have tried freeservers but I dont like them. One with more space (i have almost dried up my space) and that is FREE. Thanks

I've used Doteasy (http://doteasy.com/) before, not bad as long as you don't need much in the way of extras.

Currently testing out 100webspace (http://100webspace.com/) for a few of my sites. They offer a quite a bit more for free, but we'll see if they're any good. So far so good, they did have a little server issue over the holidays but fixed it.

I used 100webspace but I've spoted a few problems(like it always being unavailable at around noon GMT(which is about the only time I get free time to edit my site and check it) and stuff like that...

Freeweb is not that good of a site. I have tried using it before and it did no good for me. I would recommend Yahoo! Geocities (http://www.geocities.com)

cjb.cc is real nice. no ads at all,free, just takes a day to register. and supports php(but not file writing)
