Has anyone tried this program which can be recomended... or even Top Style Pro 3.0?
Right now I am using Dreamweaver MX, and altho it has a nice CSS help with small examples it doesnīt actually fit for css designing.

Micrsoft Visual Studio.net isn't too bad but of course it's a Microsoft product.

It has lots of uses. I mainly use it to develop web sites.

You can use it like any text editor.
At the very least you can use it for the following:
ASP, ASP.Net, VBScript, HTML, CSS, javascript, XML, XSLT, C++, C#, VB
There are other things out there. I only like it cause when I make a seperate style sheet and type something like
body
{
It gives me a list of possibilities.

Top Style Pro is more than suitable for CSS editing and there is a lite demo version. I did test StyleMaster demo years ago and it was reasonable from what I remember but I use notepad anyway StyleMaster was more drag and drop.
Siddan,
I did a review of the software last year. You can read the review here: http://www.webreference.com/authoring/nstyle_master/
