could get rid of the table layout (http://www.hotdesign.com/seybold/) and use css (http://www.glish.com/css/) for the whole layout, but atleast the code is valid.

could put some more meta tags (http://www.submitcorner.com/Guide/Meta/) in to improve search engine rating.

when linking to pages within your site you dont need to entire address, better to use relative call ups (http://evolt.org/article/10_new_ways_to_speed_up_download_time/20/60294/index.html) (see number 7).

design could do with some work. for a banner advertisment site it looks a little bit dull. how about putting some banners on it to add color and show what you are offering.

'Constact Us' is spelt wrong on the contact page.
'carefulle' is spelt wrong on the directory - submit a site - page.

how are you marketing it? obviously really important for you to get loads of traffic to make the site work.

I would suggest using an Arial or Verdana font size="2" or CSS font size "11"
Used fix table width like 779 pixels (this is the width size where 800x600 resolution fits.
color scheme is important. Use alteast 2-3 colors for your site.

Add some grafix to make your site more attractive.
