TERMS AND AGREEMENT

Client should provide all the necessary files or data needed to build the website. However, customization of designs will be our concern.

The following are the files or data to be submitted:

• Website Title
• Website Layout
• Text contents (notepad or document)
• Photos and other graphic images
• Modules ( e.g. Home, Services, Products, About Us, Contact Us)
• Domain name to be registered ( e.g. www.yourwebsite.com )

Data must be submitted via E-mail or CD.

Terms of Payment

The client may deposit their payment thru bank account, cash or check.

The Client should pay, upon signing-up under our services, 50% of the total cost of the project, 50% upon the completion of the project. This payment will initiate the construction of the website purchased. Once the initial payment has been deposited by the client, there will be no refund.

Maintenance and Updates

Upon providing web server, the web developer will be in charge for maintenance and updates of the website. Such changes or updates that were not included in the first implementation will be having an extra charge and will be based on the negotiation.

The images, logos and designs are copyrighted to Netshockwave. Developed Website for our client will serves as our portfolio and will be posted in www.netshockwave.com.

I was just ignoring it so it would drop off the front page. Maybe I'm wrong, but I didn't think we were supposed to put adds for ourselves in any of these forums. Didn't I read something about no solicitation? Other than that, nice ad. Unfortunately, even if ads were allowed, you are advertising in a forum filled with people who provide the same service you are selling. Also, after visiting your site, a majority of the people here will tell you to read the sticky and don't use tables for layout. On a positive note, your site did load quick and look nice.
