the layout is nice and it loads quickly, although you lack a few minor things such as having an image as the hyperlink for help stoping smoking, (and in opera I can disable images which renders that link invisible: 1px * 1px which is silly), always have at least some text a hyperlink as well just to be sure.
and remember to always test that you can at least veiw the page in a realy old browser that doesn't activly support CSS (in your case all divs would be ignored and the text that's supposed to be on the right appears at the bottom, this however is unimportant as few users will be using such old browser and those that are would proberly prefere your site to others that look much worse -- msn is a prime example).

I want to know how you got it so when you click a link your new page shows up on the right therefore making it so you don't have to have a new window that opens up. I like that.

What's the relation of the word "fish" if you want to stop smoking?

Anyway... the layout is not bad. Like scragar said... the site is lack of graphics/images that will make it more attractive. Just optimized them for faster loading. Keep it up! :)
