The site I’m working on: http://brianbatt.0catch.com/Harlan%20Redesign/main.html

How’s it going today? I designed my site for 800 X 600 and I am afraid that it is going to look funny in anything else. If you look at it with 1024 x 768, you will notice that the site has some formatting issues. This is because I used layers to setup the site. Can layers be set with % properties, or are they only absolute locations?

Thanks!

In both Netscape and IE, the advertising is placed under your banner. Not a problem for the user, but may be a sticky wicket for your sponsor.

Instead of layers, you might try CSS positioning based on percentages. It'll make your coding much simpler.

FYI - please get rid of the pop-up window advertising. You'll lose more users based on that, rather than design problems.
