Windows font for editing screenshots

It's a long shot, but does anyone know which font I could use to edit screenshots of Windows programs for online support? I can normally make due, sometimes, it's pretty obvious which words were originally part of the screenshot and which ones weren't.

I suppose you mean you'd like to know the font face that the Windows System uses, normally it is called 'MS Sans Serif' of font size 8pt.
