new site - please review

Tables for layout = bad. (here's why (http://hotdesign.com/seybold))
That ad ticker thing is very annoying.
There is rather a lot of JavaScript for such a small page.
Your header looks odd, it doesn't seem to go with the rest of the page.
I can't really see what the point of the website is, a tagline or something would help.
Numerous errors in the html. (use the validator (http://validator.w3.org))
Some rollover effects would make the site look less flat.

i only used 3 tables in the entire page.

used it in the menu so as rollover JS would change the bg of the cell.

Your banner is too large, and doesn't go with the rest of the color scheme.:confused:
Also, you might stick to one font face, instead of having both Verdana and Arial. Use of more than one font makes the page look like a ransom note.
