Try to focus on placing all of your styling within the head section, then assigning style id's and class's within the body section. You've double coded body in both frame pages. The frame border is moveable (try to hover it with your cursor). Is that intentionally? It's easy to circumvent and therefore serves no purpose. Your pictures are stretched since you've given them to large height and width properties, which doesn't look good. Furthermore you've double coded the javascript bits and left out the closing tags of the body.
