Poor graphics quality on browswer

Just wanted to see whether there was anyone that is aware of this problem. My browser is showing a graphics very fudgy and pixelated. What is the cause of this?

could you list a bit more about what your system specs are and browser name and version.

I'm using IE 5.1....I even downloaded the latest service pack.....i'm also running XP professional, system specs ..pentium 4 512 MB RAM..........thanks for your reply Pete

I dont want to sound rude... But it should not be possible to be running that version of IE on XP. Which might be part of your problem.

If you are running 5.1 upgrade to IE6

Then check the following

-See how many colors your running
-What type of Internet service are you on?
-if your on one of those x5 faster dialup services that would explain a lot!
- Have you installed Firefox yet?

Ya, are other graphics that you view of a similar quality, including those on your system? If this is the case you probably need to up your res and color settings if possible.

you might consider geting a new gfx card
