Change your web host.

For getting found by search engines I would check out:
http://www.bluegeckonetwork.com/forum/index.php

Design is good but the code behind it won't help the search engine rankings. Also, see the sticky at the top of this forum (doctype etc... and CSS layout)

also i was wondering if putting all my metta keywords in my alt tags would that hurt me in searches or is it fine.

meta tags (http://www.dreamsubmit.net/site/site_meta1.html) are for keywords. alt tags (http://ppewww.ph.gla.ac.uk/~flavell/alt/alt-text.html) are to provide a textual alternative to images. the two are different and not really connected. so no, its not fine to put keywords in alt tags as it doesnt fulfil the purpose of either, but you should definitely put alt tags with your images (for what to put as an alt tag think about what you would write if there were no images and you could only have text on your site. you wouldnt write a description of an image that wasnt there, would you? e.g. 'picture of man with sunglasses'. youd write something that had purpose e.g. 'just in - the latest line of diesel sunglesses'.)

also, your keywords could do with some work. curently you have:
"citizens of humanity, custo barcelona, diesel, frankie b, ugg australia, juicy couture, grail, true religion"

but

"house,style,letsgofootwear,citizens,humanity,custo,barcelona,diesel,frankie,ugg,australia,juicy,cout ure,grail,true,religion,diamonds,adidas,ag,jeans,allen,anne,segal,antik,denim,bebe,betsey,johnson,bi g,star,california,cee,cie,avion,charles,david,chinese,laundry,chip,pepper,diane,vonfurstenberg,earne st,sewn,energie,fornarina,imports,hale,bob,hard,tees,hudson,irregular,choice,james,perse,jeffery,cam pbell,joes,killah,lacoste,miss,sixty,minnietonka,nolita,paper,paul,frank,puma,robert,graham,rashel,j ewelry,royal,elastics,seven,steve.madden,sunglass,mens,womens,clothes,tops,shirts,pants,skirts,dress es,jackets,shoes,gifts"

would be better. your sites keywords should be just that, all the keywords on your site. there are what the search engines use to return your site as a result when people search for 'mens clothing diesel shirts'.

other than that, i think the site looks ok. its always good to compare your site to your competitors sites, and ive seen a lot worse.

Don't add all those keywords!!!...If you put more than 30 keywords into your meta tag description you'll get blacklisted by the search engines. And don't repeat a word more than 3 times.

Pick your keywords carefully and make sure they get used in opening paragraph text, in advertising and link swap link text, etc...

To find link partners

1. Pick your most important 3 or 4 keywords and search google. Obviously direct competitors won't want to swap but a related business or industry organisations might.

2. Look for related businesses that, while not competing with you might sell products that are complentary to yours - then you're both happy.

Do try to avoid link farms, who list all kinds of unconnected links, or promise to give you a great PR (but ask or money to do so). These sites are usually black listed and linking them can damage your ranking.

Hope this helps

thanks, zing, didnt know that about keywords.

thats what i like about forums, you can give the stupid answers and wait for someone with more knowledge to correct you, so we all learn. and thats why our education system is such a failure, because its so focussed on getting the right answer. forums offer a much better model for education because they assume everybody is equal but with different knowledge rather than a suppossedly superior teacher with more knowledge than everyone else.

thanks again.
