Using an RSS feed for my site

Hi,

I have permission to use an XML RSS feed for my site. I want to have this feed update my html pages automatically. Also I need to format my pages to pull in only specific data from this feed. May I have your thoughts on the best way to implement this for my site?

The best way is to use the server side scripting that you available to you. Once you've figured that out, go to the proper forum.
