i use carp parser but i got some problem , i write in french and the ' are converted to ?

does someone know what to do ?
or know another simple parser working with french language ?

yes of course , there's the first thing i did .

but i found . there is two kind of apostrophe , the french one and the canadian one which works with utf8.
