Have been using the IBM hot media product for some time now to display our virtual tours. When first implemented, this product required no download by our web site visitors for viewing of rotating image files. Now it appears that with everyone getting new Windows XP versions that because Java is not automatically installed, they have to go to Sun and download....
Is there anyway to work around requiring the site visitor to download the Runtime?
