javascript problem using i.explorer 6.0

Hi, I have the following damn problem:
surfing the net, every time on a site I try to open a link that involve a Javascript: ..._popup(...), an error occurs and appears a box telling that (traslated from the italian): "The property or the method is not supported by the object" ...
Which could be the ploblem? (I use the i.explorer 6). tnxs.

Yes, The browser has all the options relative to the scripting checked on enable.
