hi is there a way to hide the address bar and menu's on IE? when opening a file from windows explorer without having it as a pop-up?

In fact, if you use Mozilla as a browser you can't even do that to me in a popup window if I disalow it in my preferences.
That is if i allow you to popup a window at all... ;)
My point here is, don't mess with peoples settings needlessly. Abusing JavaScript only make people turn it of and/or get a browser which leaves THEM in carge of their own computer, not some webdeveloper.
The question isn't always what you can do, but if you should :)
