Hello everybody,
it would be kind enough of you if you could check my site out and let me know if it needs improvements in specific areas (ALTHOUGH THERE IS ALWAYS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT)
Your suggestions are really appreciated

Aside from no DTD, uppercare tags, and the use of tables it's not bad. It's be nice if the site and banner were more as one if you follow me, same width, etc.
It does need some other things as well in my opinion. It took me a bit to figure out there was no navigation (as designed) and that's not necessarily a flaw if what you want is a single page. I am assuming there is more, but I'm married and my wife would be pissed at me if I registered ;)
One thing that would be great would be a footer besides the quote. Things such as copyright right info, a webmaster email link would be good, and also, essential for this type of site I think would be a clear privacy policy. Maybe this stuff is in there, but I think it's be important to add them to the main page as well. Especially the latter two, one for questions, the other so they know what your policy is before signing up.
Colors are subjective, and not for me, but I don't see anything really wrong there either.
I hope this helps.

I'm not so sure about the colors. Firstly, I don't like them. Secondly, the site doesn't look serious if it's so rainbow-ish, and a site like this had better be serious.
Other than that, it looks OK. Oh, except for the table layout and the countless small pictures in the header.
I don't get it. Why use a dozen small gifs for the header instead of one!? This takes up more of your time, and the site takes longer to load.
And use PNG instead of GIF, it's smaller and better.
And...
//Function to open pop up window
function openWin(theURL,winName,features) {
window.open(theURL,winName,features);
}
I hope you're not opening ads are you? (I can't tell, I got Firefox - it's immune to that)

I went back to the site using MSIE. No popup. And I was wrong about the footer. There is one, it's just down there a ways. It could/should come up.
I also noticed a bunch of spacer gifs. There Is a better way. And I agree with the post above about the bannerS. That seems unnecessary, at least the top 4/5 of it, that could be a single div background image.
