i opened my 800 dollar computer scewd up the motherboard by burning the copper wire on the back into and the cd drive is messed up im going to totaly make a new computer with th parts but i need to fix the motherboard and the cd drive so is there a cheap site for computer parts and is there some safty tips to making one please help me

Keep in mind, your screwing up your motherboard does not mean everything is wrecked. The proc, psu, pci devices, agp devices, and all of your srives (minus the cd drive that is bad) will all still work. You can just replace the two parts and you will be set.
