Hello peeps. Im just registered so hello all.

Im revamping some of my sites and am doing an image over haul, buttons and bullets headers and logos etc.

I have been looking about online for some ideas and inspiration and have found some designs i like the look of.

I want to make my own, as colours and text dont suit my site.

I have some knowledge of photoshop and fireworks, but they dont have the ability for 3d rendering, i dont think. (either that or im a bit dense)

I have attached a pic similar to what im intending to acheive.

Any ideas of a good easy to use software package tht i might find useful.

Cheers In advance

Ok cool I have this software all the latest releases too.

Thanks for the speedy reply.

Does anyone know where I might find a tutorial on how to shade and get the light effects etc.

I have been fiddling with the program all day and still cannot acheive a got 3d shape. Let alone on that revolves.

Anyone know of any good photoshop tutorials ?

Cheers in advance

Milkshape 3D would be perfect for this task, if you still need a good app. it can be found here http://www.swissquake.ch/chumbalum-soft/

Serf Software is a SCAM! Do not get it! Get Blender3D.. It's the best free thing out there!

If you have windows, don't exit out of the command prompt window when blender starts! ;) :)

oh, c'omon jettlarue!
have you ever tried 3DStudio? it's wonderful!
it's easy to use, it's powerfull
and is compatible with almost everything, and vice-versa
it's not free, though, as most of the things worth downloading,installing,learning.... you know.... taking your time

oh... almost forgot a sample (http://www.granlogiard.org)
