I know this isn't exactly about Photoshop, but it will be FOR Photoshop for me. I am in the market for a new monitor, and am thinking about going LCD. I have spent almost a day looking, and not finding what I think I need.

From what I have learned, I am looking for this -

19"
Native Format
800:1 - 1000:1 Contrast Ratio
0.264 mm Pixel Pitch
In the range of 4-600.00

If anyone can point me the way, or lemme know
a good model for a web designer, I would be REALLY grateful.

Thanks,
Mr. A

p.s. I used to dot pitch .24 on a CRT.

Newegg is definitely the way to go.

Don't be discouraged if an LCD you like costs about 80-100 dollars more than a regular monitor with similar specs, as in the long run, if you take good care of it, an LCD will greatly enhance your viewing experience. It's not a necessity, but given the choice, LCD is the way to go.

Hope this has helped,

Hey dude,

I dig your angle ... thanks for taking the time.

I think I might get another CRT, a bigger one, and save
for a pimp daddy Mac LCD display ... one of the 1000.00 ones ...

Peace,
Brandon

My uncle's got a Power Mac G5 with the 30 inch display. It's beautiful.
