This maybe stupid, How can I display the fonts I want everyone to see on my site???

The short answer is "you can't." You can us styles to indicate the exact font you want and others that may be suitable down to a generic family like serif, sans-serif, etc. but the visitor has control over all that with settings on her browser. All you can really do is "suggest."

WEFT (http://www.microsoft.com/typography/web/embedding/weft3/default.htm) will work, to an extent. Dynamic Text Replacement (http://www.alistapart.com/articles/dynatext/) looks somewhat promising, but seems too much of a hassle, not to mention extremely stressful on the server, just to get your "special font" to display for everyone.
