I represent the gaming community SARGA www.sargamingalliance.com

Since we started the community we have had temporary web designers that help us with our homepage or designing other pages we required.

We are looking for a person to fill the position permanently. Someone with experience.

We cannot pay you because we are running quite low in resources. We were just hoping someone could help us please.

I don't think you're going to find anyone of high quality to do work for you without getting paid for it...just a thought, though. With anything that is great comes also an equivalently great price.
