I just got a new downstairs neighbor in my apt building, and I gotta say she watches a lot of loud TV. It is like having Charlie Brown's teacher constantly talking right underneath me. I can't complain too much because I've had way noisy neighbors (one guy played his electric guitar from 4pm to midnight...nothing on any table ever stayed in one place and the pictures on the walls rattled), but it's just a weird sound. Anybody else ever think that it sounds like Charlie Brown's teacher and think that is an awful, icky sound? Maybe my ears are too clean...

If I did it I would pick something I *Know* they won't like, then they would get the idea rather quickly. I have an album someone described to me as "a person playing a hacksaw on a large copper pipe" and that's what I play when some one pisses me off (well it sends em off pretty quickly).

See if you can't find an old Album called Transformed Man. There's nothing quite like the sound of Shatner singing "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds".
Be careful, however, to hide the thing during parties. Drunk friends once found my copy.

then you haven't heard Vanessa Mae. She's a violin player. While I like it, everyone else *HATES* it.
