Hey! How do you guys listen to your music? On the computer? On the stereo in your room? Mostly in the car? On your mp3 player? What mp3 player? What stereo? What speakers?
I usually listen to music on my computer, I have some polk audio speakers from my old HP. At night, I usually listen to my stereo on my bedstand.
I am getting a new mp3 player, the creative muVo slim. It is SWEEEEET. It is like the size of a credit card, and it can fit perfectly in my wallet. I got the 256mb version from amazon.com a few days ago. I'll take pics and post them when it arrives in the next week or so.

I listen to my music everywhere. My music collection is not digital, I'm old fashioned I guess, I buy CD's. I prefer albums, since I hear songs I wouldn't have otherwise. My Computer is situated in my bedroom, in which I have a nice stereo. So I listen to my music on my stereo, or in my old Sony walkman when I'm out and about. I haven't the computer space, nor the cash for a purely computerized library of music.

Let's see...when I'm at work, I use launchcast from Yahoo to listen to music. But everywhere else, I'm strictly burned CD's. Sadly, my car doesn't have a CD player, but I have one of those tape adapter things. I wish I could get an MP3 player, but don't have the $ right now.

I absolutly love my stereo. It holds 60 + 1 cds and I don't get sick of the same music all the time that I would with a single cd player.
Some of my music is on my computer, and I did have all of it (20GB) on my harddrive, but I didn't like the amount of time it took to defrag it, not to mention when I want to use partion magic.

It is like me saying I listen to music on my hdd. Now hdd means hard drive, yes the music is on my hard drive, but I am not listening to the music on my hard drive.... get what I am saying? I am just poking fun at how people call a computer a cpu.

Back to the topic, I just got that new Bose speaker that your iPod can plug into and have fallen in love :o It's so freakin' powerful! Up until then I basically had my iTrip glued to the top of my iPod because I use so much on the go and besides bringing my laptop, the only way to blast my music while working in the garage.

The only downside so far beside the price is a slight fuzziness when you first insert the iPod into the speaker, but it goes away after about 10 seconds and is not really that noticable.

Might I ask, why do they have you insert the ipod in front of the speaker? What sense does that make?
They should have a docking station that splits into audio cables so you can hook it up to any home audio system. That would be uber cool.

You can plug it in anywhere with one of the above mentioned monster cables (BTW Nog, that is a sweeeeeeeet box). The bose is great because its portable, and using the remote you can control the iPod. It also keeps the iPod charged.
