Simple and attractive; one of those sites I wish I'd designed.

I'd center it a little better on the screen... looks weird at higher res settings
get a better-looking scrollbar... using the default breaks up the design
well, obviously, you need content now. :)

I know what you mean about the positioning, is there anyway of centering it vertically?

Hi.
For me the scroll bar only came up on your about page your portfolio page, I think that when you get some content in you'll find that there is little need for a scrollbar on your portfolio page if you just show one piece at a time with just a little bit of infomation about the site.
Also, the contents of your footer looks a little to much like the links in the header so it was a bit confusing when it turned out that they weren't. I think you'd do better just to seperate them with commas.

take a look at this for centering (http://www.wpdfd.com/editorial/thebox/deadcentre4.html).
on contact page you could make the email address a mailto: link. of course, then you should really tell your visitors that clicking the link will open their default email editor, and then it starts to get messy and ruin your neat layout. i guess you have to decide which is more important; design or usability.
also, not sure you need the website address there. surely visitors to your site will already know where they are. perhaps an 'bookmark keane3' link instead.
the <keane3> header in the top right could be a link to the home page, providing visitors with a sure-fire means of getting back to a familiar page if they get lost. not likely on a site like this with clear navigation but good practice nonetheless.
i agree with the tree about the scrollbar. better to arrange your content so the scrollbar isnt a problem, but i also agree with Neil in FL about how the default disrupts the design so if you do end up using the scrollbar you could
style it (http://www.cfdev.com/code_samples/code.cfm/CodeID/9/CSS/Change_Scrollbar_Color).
as youve gone to the trouble to create a valid website and as it is for a web design company i would definitely put the w3 valid icon (http://http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.keane3.com) on your 'about k3' page when you add content.
very very cool looking site. well done.

Instead of the < > use [ ] or | |. The < > just seem like an eye-sore for your site. Maybe varie it us. The bottom use | | and the top [ ] or nothing....
Do you have a logo? Maybe something about that...
Is < > part of the theme...I think I just caught that. Ha...
Good touch with the Home vertically on the side.
Very clean cut and modern. I like it. Now if I could only understand the words. :D

I'm not a big fan of box layouts, but it looks ok. One problem is you need to specify and alt="" attribute for your images.
