As a matter of fact it will convert a mixture if extentions to a single one of your choice from from over 20 types. Do a search for a thirty day free trial. If you want to get a thumbnail exactly as it is going to appear on screen, load the image up to fit the window, reduce the window to the appropriate size, and do a screen grab, then save in whatever format you need.
