merging two javascipt onLoad commands

i was wondering if anyone could help me to combine the effects of the Reload on Resize option with the Dynamic Sized Image. i have a graphic on the top of my website i would like to be the width of the screen, whithout it being too wide for 800x600 or a minimized window. thanks for your consideration

Just make the image width and height 100%.

i was working on this site, ended up starting from scratch with everything in tables. it looks decent now, but i still want to use the old idea for further considerations. thanks
