I do a very quick scan for thing's that look suspicious, but if there are more than 20-30 line I'll probely skip a vast majority...

Unless its life-or-death critical or high risk, I do a casual skim and click...

They are way too long, not to mention you have to remember which ones you have read and then you would have to remember what you are agreeing to, it's impossible not to do anything wrong without realising it.
I just click I agree because I don't see a point to remember all that. (i'll start to worry about it when I am facing a lawsuit of $1 millon dollars).
I have read one or two, but couldn't read though it all because I don't have all day.
also if you are looking for something suspicious, it is usually on page 50 of 100 (or somewhere near the end) and even then, they will send you all over the agreement with "subject to clause 147 the exception of this is" or something similar.

I think they should have their options set up like this:
Yes, I agree
No, I do not agree
Yeah, whatever, shaddap and get on with it.

@MIM - ROtFL. I don't know how well "shaddap" would hold up in the court of law, though... ;)

The only time I read one, other then the one here, is because the creator of this game I downloaded hid the "I agree" button INSIDE the AUP. I had to scroll through, and finally found it buried in a paragraph of text so that I could continue. *shudders*
