I downloaded Chess 1.0 and it seems to be missing bg.gif
Does anyone have it. Never heard from author.

Where did you get this from?

If the program is simply failing to run then you just make one yourself so long as you've reported the bug.

Downloaded Chess v1.0 from Javascript.com. It was written by joffe.tk That one image was missing from the .zip file and I don't know how to re-create it.

How about you make your own. That way you can experiment with loads of crazy themes. :D
