pulldown menus for floating frames

Okay. Here's my problem. I want to use a pulldown menu for the navigation of my site, but the only script I have is for regular frames and not the floating frames that I'm trying to utilize. I also want to use an image instead of the usual "go" button. I can't seem to find the appropriate script anywhere. Should I just give up and work with a different sort of menu altogether? Any suggestions are more than welcome, as I'm running out of hair to pull out of my head in frustration.

Can you give us a URI for the site so we can take a look? Also unless you are using a server-side language (e.g. Perl, PHP, etc) you may find your script will break in some browsers, so personally I would just use standard <a href... links.
