Upload attachment with mail form?

Please, suggest a way to create a mail form (if possible) that will allow uploading text files. (say, you want people to sumbit you love letters as an attachment within the mail form :)

You will have to use some independent email utility on the server side,because JavaScript can only allow to upload a file,retrieval is completely server side issue.
