Disable the ability to go back...

Hello All,

Hope all is well!

I am in search of JS that will disable the viewer's ability to navigate throgh the site other than with links provided.

More specifically, I would like to keep the viewer from going back.

I've seen this done on sites where you clcik the browser's "back" button, to no effect.

As always, thank you in advance for your time and your wisdom.

I appreciate you morality...that's the truth. I see where anyone who doesn't know the purpose of my site would.

However, 1) my site will not be on the Net (it will be local); 2) the presentation I have set MUST be presented in a specific way to achieve its purpose (it CANNOT be interrupted). If a user accidentally goes back, it will throw the entire presentation off.

For you Khalid, not to worry, I definitely leave my viewers an exit if they choose.;)
