Hi. I picked this shopping cart code up at HTMLgoodies.com and after I set everything up it doesn't work. Could somebody please tell me why when I try to send the completed information from the order form, I keep getting an error message that says, "RUNDLL__Error loading C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\mailnews.dll__The system could not find the file specified"? I would be so thrilled if somebody here could figure this out and tell me what I need to change in the HTML or script or whatever to get this thing working correctly. Thank you. Here's the webpage address for my cart....

As you'll see, adding things to the cart works great. I just can't get the information sent when I press the "Place Order" button. thank you so much for any help.

hi,
first of all when i tried to place an order i kept getting a warning popup saying "First false".
To answer to your question if that was the warning you got then i would say that it has a problem finding a dll file. This dll file will have all the working code for your order process. As far as fixing the problem is concerned i would find out if the file is present on the system if not go back to where you got the script and try get the dll file.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply. It does that first false thing but if you follow through there will be another message that warns against sending the message unsecurely, then the error I referred to pops up.
I'll try to go back to HTMLgoodies.com and see if I can find a dll file but as far as I know there wasn't any kind of file like that included with the download.
Again, thanks for your reply.

Hi madalo
the same thing happen to me and final I think I got it.. The first section in where the customer puts his/her info to send to you well they have to fill out the section under neath is as well and you shouldn't get the box pop up of first false.
