Free Domain Names (not hosting)

I am aware of www.dot.tk domain names, is there any others similar that do not necessarily host the files but direct to your own host,

im only interested in ones without ads and that sound half descent unlike www.mysite.nefirms.com.

well, there is www.uni.cc, its a domain redirector, something like www.mysite.uni.cc, however, it does require one small button on your index so it can track its stats.

www.joynic.com Quite good, ads are totally optional. So don't have them if you don't want to. Domain names are quite ok. You have something like www.domain.uk.tt, www.domain.us.tt, www.domain.au.tt and so on...
