netscape issues - image width=100%

i am trying to stretch an image across to fit the browser width. i have used width=100% on images before and it worked in netscape but for some reason this time it won't. does anyone know why this wouldn't work?

hmmm... well that kind of helps, because at least the image shows up now, but it doesn't look like it is stretching and now it is ignoring the align=right in the image tag. i just don't know why this works on other sites i have done and not here...
